Our Story
Solutions Driven was established in 2000 in Glasgow by our founder Walter Speirs with the aim of providing a best-in-class, value add recruitment service to international clients.
Delivering great results for our initial clients led to requests for the same high quality support in other countries and so we started our journey of growth & establishing a worldwide network and continually enhancing our service offering.
Today we operate in 8 countries worldwide and provide permanent recruitment support & guidance to some of the best known companies in the world
