Q. What year was Solutions-Driven founded & where is your head office?

Founded in 2000 we maintain our head-office in Glasgow, Scotland.


Q. What recruitment services do you provide clients?

We have 3 main recruitment service offerings namely Executive Search, Key Skills Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.


Q. Are you specialised in international recruitment?

Yes we are - c60% of the placements we make for our clients are outside the UK. We deliver from our many offices, mainly for international clients that like to work with us in various countries where they have hiring needs. Since our formation in 2000 we have recruited in 18 countries globally including Europe, USA, Scandinavia, Middle East, Nth Africa and Asia.

Q. What makes your recruitment process ‘best-in-class’?

- Specific delivery dates and shortlist quality are committed to in writing at the start of the process. We deliver shortlists in 3 weeks from start.

- Candidates are resourced proactively by ‘headhunting’ and targeted networking not database or advertising response.

- Our ‘step by step’ candidate selection process involves vacancy qualification, person specification examination and scorecard, competency based interviewing, psychometric testing and full short list reporting.


Q. Is there any kind of registration fee for candidates?

No… there is no fee for candidates who apply for specific vacancies we advertise or when approached during a Search (‘Headhunt’) by one of our recruitment consultants.


Q. If I apply for a role through Solutions Driven will my information be kept confidential?

Always. All vacancies are discussed in advance with candidates and only on their approval are candidate details released to clients.
