Business Process Outsourcing - contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third party service provider.

EMS

Electronic Manufacturing Services - term used for companies that design, test, manufacture, distribute & provide return / repair services for electronics components and assemblies for original equipment manufacturers.

 

Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

The set of attributes that employees and the labour market perceive as the value (financial & otherwise) they gain through employment in an organisation

 

HR

Human Resources – refers to how employees are managed by an organisation or the dept charged with that role.

 

RPO

Recruitment Process Outsourcing - providing the tools, processes & recruitment specialists to augment a client’s existing recruitment delivery capability, when & where needed to ensure a quality ‘end-to-end’ best practice recruitment service is made available.
