Practice Director
Colin Duthie
Formerly Group Director of Leadership Development and Talent Management with a FTSE top 30 international energy company, from 2005 Colin provided a range of independent consultancy services to many world respected companies and acted as interim Global Talent Director for an international materials processing company, Talent Management Director for an international materials, food and pharmaceutical testing company, European representative for the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania and has sat on the advisory boards of the IMD business school in Switzerland and the Insead school in France.
Colin has worked extensively internationally including UK, Europe, North and South America and the Middle East, has a Masters degree in organisation and management learning from Lancaster University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Colin is currently Leadership Development Director for a financial trust company, Learning and Development Projects Director for an international drinks manufacturer and a leadership and talent management “expert” for a London based international strategy and coaching company.
