20-year-old recruitment firm, Solutions Driven, is making strides across the pond. Continuing to execute their ongoing growth strategy, the company has made their first key appointment as part of their growth plans; Todd Maners, Executive Partner, who will be overseeing all US Operations.
North Carolina native Todd has an impressive background in recruitment and has spent 17 years in the US talent acquisition sphere. He brings a wealth of knowledge in organisational talent strategy, technology and executive-level hiring, and counts Colfax and SPX amongst his previous clients. His experience includes empowering organisations to transform themselves through the efficient and effective deployment of people, process and technology. Todd’s career history includes roles as both an internal human capital leader within Fortune 500 environments and as an external talent consultant, offering him a breadth of knowledge to draw from as both a practitioner and adviser.

Todd’s focus will initially be on building talent strategies for the US market, the expansion of Solution’s Driven’s US client base, and providing existing US clients with deeper insights on positioning themselves to win the war for talent.
