Talent Sourcing Specialist

We’re currently looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who will enjoy the challenge of a globally-focused role. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of talent identification and processes using the latest technology, and will need a true passion for sourcing passive talent.

Talent Delivery Specialist

As a TDS you’ll be expected to present outstanding shortlists and undertake extensive client selection techniques, as well as managing candidate offers. Inter-country project management is a big part of this role.

Senior Talent Delivery Specialist

The Senior TDS will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Delivery and Talent Sourcing Specialists. You’ll be expected to create stand-out talent strategies, fantastic shortlists and undertake extensive client selection techniques, as well as managing candidate offers.
